Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the Klona website, founding application, operator workspace, and early product experiences.

Eligibility and 18+ access
Klona is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service in their location. You may not use Klona to create, promote, or manage content involving minors in any way.
Founding access
Creating an account or submitting an application does not guarantee admission to the Founding Operator Program. Early access is reviewed personally, features may be introduced in stages, and roadmap priorities may change as the product develops.
Accounts and information
You are responsible for providing accurate application information, protecting your login credentials, and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not create an account for another person without their authorization.
Responsible AI use
You may not use Klona for illegal activity, non-consensual or deceptive likenesses, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, fraud, or content that violates applicable platform rules. You must have the rights and consent needed for every identity, image, asset, and dataset you provide.
Creator-platform compliance
Fanvue, OnlyFans, Instagram, and other third-party platforms operate under their own rules. You are responsible for reviewing and following their current policies, disclosure requirements, age rules, content standards, and account terms.
No earnings guarantee
Klona provides software, workflows, education, and operational guidance. We do not guarantee platform approval, audience growth, subscriber conversion, revenue, profit, or any particular business outcome. Results depend on execution and factors outside Klona's control.
Payments and private programs
No payment is taken when you submit the public founding application. If you are later offered paid access, mentorship, or another private program, the price, scope, billing schedule, refund terms, and support period will be confirmed before payment and may be supplemented by an invoice or written service agreement.
Availability and termination
Early features may change, pause, or be removed. We may restrict or terminate access for unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or policy-violating use. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any separate paid agreement you accepted.
